Meet Kelley
Canadian Lakes Team
I am originally from Lakeview, Michigan, and I am also a graduate of Ferris State University with a degree in English and Speech Communications. I have worked previously in sales and sales management. I have been with Big Rapids and Reed City Realty since 2015 as a REALTOR® and then as an Associate Broker. I became the Broker of our company in January of 2022.
I live in Canadian Lakes with my husband, and we are living the “empty nest” life. There are so many things that I love about living in Canadian Lakes, especially all of the amenities, including golf, the indoor and outdoor pool, the restaurant, and all of the social clubs you can be a part of. I have made some great friendships, and there truly is a wonderful place to call home.
I have a passion for being an active volunteer in my community. I truly feel that my calling is to always give back as much as I can. I currently volunteer for the Manna Pantry in Big Rapids, adopt a highway with our local REALTOR® association, and the Salvation Army as needed.
I have also chaired many charity golf events, including the Rally for the Cure in Canadian Lakes, served as the Editor for a local magazine, and also served on the Soccer Board for Chippewa Hills.
For our REALTOR® organization, I have chaired the annual golf outing for several years, served on the community outreach committee, the forms committee, and also the grievance committee, just to name a few. I was named the REALTOR® of the Year for our association in 2020, which was a great honor.
I currently serve on the West Central Association Board of Directors and am the president-elect for the 2023 year. But above all of that, the most important part of my life is my husband and my children. I love being a mom so much and being involved in everything my children are a part of. My children are all grown now and seeking their new life adventures, but they know they always have a place at home if they need it.
